Challenge: Learners wanted to learn how to read music but did not know where to start.
Solution: I created a course that clearly goes through the basic steps of reading music. Users can navigate through this interactive course and take an assessment to see what they've learned!
Results: A good tool to assess learners post-course would be a note-naming worksheet or using a note-naming website (such as this) to continually test and challenge their knowledge of reading music.
Tools Used: Articulate Storyline
Challenge: Travelers are facing tough situations this year; canceled and delayed flights are happening now more than ever. This course is meant to give helpful tips to future travelers.
Solution: I researched and gathered the top helpful tips for traveling by air in 2022 and created a course that learners will take to better prepare for their upcoming trips. Learners will go through each section to better understand why travel has been disruptive and what they can do to have a smooth travel experience.
Results: A good measure of success would be a post-trip survey to see what tips they applied to their travel and how it affected their trip.
Procedures for Re-Sampling Coke

Challenge: My client, Rearden Steel, needed a course that provides employees with the standard steps for re-sampling coke at the plant. Employees were having trouble remembering the correct steps.
Solution: I created this course with scenario-based questions so the employees could go through the steps and apply them in the plant.
Results: Conduct a post-course survey with managers and employees to evaluate the effectiveness of this course: to see what employees retained, and what needs to be reinforced in the next iteration.
